Shipping Policy
We assume that you understand that your purchase is of a built-to-order, custom product. Our expected delivery time is currently 6-8 weeks but can vary, depending upon our production schedule, time of year, and availability of materials. No two orders are the same, so we will target a date that is realistic as possible given our schedule at the time of your order. We will do our very best to honor that date. If you need your order sooner, just let us know upfront. For an expedited fee, we can often accommodate special circumstances. You can include any special information about your order in the Notes section when placing your order online. St. Louis Case will ship out each product based on the specific item ordered, and the quantity purchased. Freight is based upon a combination of weight and density and the buyer agrees to pay for all shipping costs upfront or as a part of their down payment. St. Louis Case reserves the right to ship with the company of our choosing, whether it be Freight or Ground shipment to ensure the best possible experience. We choose only the most reputable and professional companies while also taking overall costs into consideration. The buyer assumes all responsibility of reporting any damage occurring during shipping once the order leaves our dock.
*For Gator/Pelican cases only* - In-stock items will ship in 1-2 business days from the receipt of payment. All other items are subject to availability from the manufacturer with in-stock items shipping within 5-7 business days.
