Refund Policy

 All St. Louis Custom Cases are built to spec upon ordering, and will be treated "as-is".  Simply stated, you buy it, we design it, we build it, we ship it, and you own it.  All cases are non-refundable except in instances of malfunction, shipping damage, manufacturing anomoly, or orders not built to specification. We are human, perfectly flawed, and acknowledge that mistakes will occur from time to time.  We want you to have the happy face when your case arrives and will do our part to ensure that happens, every time.  If the case differs from the original order, any disputes must be placed within 10 business days from the date you receive it.  We will only process returns for items differing from what was specified on the original order, at which point measures for quick and fair resolution will take place.  These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  Get it?  Case-by-case?  Never mind....

Our shipments will be thoroughly packaged with shrink-wrap, foam packaging or some alternative (depending on whether the shipment is freight or ground) to ensure safe transport. For FedEx and UPS shipments, it is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the outer packaging with the driver present, when possible, to determine if there is damage. We also ask that you notify us of any instance where a signature might be required, when applicable.  You know, just in case you are not home that day.  For Freight shipments, please inspect the case with the driver present and have them notate any damage then and there. In either instance, it is imperative that you keep the original packing materials (pallets, boxes, cardboard, foam, etc.).  St. Louis Case is not liable for supplying packing materials for returns. Orders with shipping damage will be subject to a shipping claim and processed as such through the claim process of the particular shipping company at our end.  You do not have to worry about a thing; we will refund you right away and dig in immediately with the carrier to solve the problem.  The claims process can be time consuming, so we will generally attempt to expedite this process and have the case returned to us as soon as possible.  Feel free to direct any and all questions regarding our Return Policy to sales@stlcase.net.
